This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from 3A Capital Group, LLC d/b/a Infinity Technologies ("Infinity AI," "we," "us," or "our"), including subscription plans and done-for-you services. It works alongside our Terms & Conditions. By making a purchase, you agree to this Policy.
Please read carefully before purchasing. All sales are final.
1. Subscription Plans — All Sales Final
All subscription plan purchases are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits, in whole or in part, for any subscription, including for:
Partial or unused billing periods;
Unused features, usage, or access;
Plan downgrades or changes; or
Periods after you stop using the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will keep access through the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not result in a refund for the current or any prior billing period.
2. Done-For-You (DFY) Services — Non-Refundable
Our done-for-you services are non-refundable once the initial strategy call has taken place or once the scheduled time for that call has passed, whichever occurs first — regardless of whether you actually attend the call.
This means:
If you purchase a DFY service and the initial strategy call takes place, the purchase is non-refundable.
If you purchase a DFY service, book the initial strategy call, and then miss, skip, or do not attend that call, the purchase is still non-refundable once the scheduled call time has passed. Failing to attend a call you booked does not entitle you to a refund. Calls can be rescheduled at no additional cost or penalty.
Because our DFY services involve scheduling, preparation, and dedicated time and resources, the fees are considered fully earned at that point and will not be refunded.
3. No Refunds for Failure to Use
We do not provide refunds because you changed your mind, did not use the Service or service, were unaware of this Policy, or did not achieve a particular result. We make no guarantee of specific results, leads, sales, or revenue.
4. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can help resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account and may be pursued as a breach of our Terms.
5. Exceptions
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where a refund is required by applicable law, we will comply with that requirement.
Any refund granted at our sole discretion in a specific case is a one-time courtesy and does not waive this Policy or create any obligation to provide refunds in other cases.
