Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Infinity Affiliate Program. These terms explain how the program works and what's expected of you as an affiliate. By enrolling, sharing your affiliate link, or otherwise participating in the program, you agree to everything below. If you don't agree, please don't participate.

1. ENROLLMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By signing up for or participating in the Infinity Affiliate Program, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agreed to these terms. We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms. It's your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. THE PROGRAM

The Infinity Affiliate Program lets approved affiliates earn a commission for referring new paying customers to Infinity using a unique affiliate link. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.

3. COMMISSIONS

- You earn a 10% commission on qualifying purchases made through your unique affiliate link, unless a different rate is stated in writing for your account.

- A commission is only earned and payable once a referred sale is fully processed and has passed any applicable refund, chargeback, or cancellation window.

- If a referred customer refunds, charges back, cancels, or fails to pay, the associated commission is reversed, withheld, or deducted from your balance.

- Commissions apply only to new customers acquired through your link. They do not apply to renewals, upgrades, or existing customers unless we state otherwise.

- We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a sale qualifies for a commission.

4. PAYMENTS

- Commissions are paid out on the schedule and through the method we designate, which we may change at any time.

- A minimum payout threshold may apply. Balances below the threshold roll over until met.

- You're responsible for any taxes owed on commissions you earn. We may require valid tax or payment information before issuing any payment.

- We are not liable for payments delayed or withheld due to incomplete, inaccurate, or missing payment information you provide.

5. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR TERMINATE THE PROGRAM

Infinity reserves the right to change, pause, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program -- in whole or in part -- at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

This includes the right to:

- Modify commission rates, payout terms, or these Terms & Conditions;

- Suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion;

- Disqualify referrals or withhold commissions tied to a violation of these terms.

If the program ends, commissions properly earned and payable before the termination date will be honored, subject to the refund and clawback rules above. We are not obligated to pay commissions on activity that has not yet cleared.

6. HOW YOU MAY PROMOTE INFINITY

You agree to promote Infinity honestly and within these rules. You may NOT:

- Use your own affiliate link for your own purchases (no self-referrals);

- Engage in spam, misleading claims, or deceptive marketing of any kind;

- Bid on or purchase ads using "Infinity" or our brand names, trademarks, or close variations as keywords;

- Make any earnings, income, or results claims on our behalf, or guarantee outcomes we haven't authorized in writing;

- Register domains, social handles, or email addresses that include our brand name or imply you're an official Infinity property;

- Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, malware, bots, or any other manipulative or fraudulent tactics.

Where required by law, you must clearly disclose that you're an affiliate and may earn a commission.

7. INDEPENDENT RELATIONSHIP

You participate as an independent party. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship between you and Infinity. You may not represent yourself as an employee, agent, or official spokesperson of Infinity, or enter into any obligation on our behalf.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We may give you access to logos, banners, or other promotional materials. Any such materials remain our property and are licensed to you only for promoting Infinity under these terms. This license ends immediately if your participation ends. You may not modify our materials or use them in any way that's misleading or damaging to our brand.

9. VIOLATIONS & CLAWBACKS

If we determine you've violated these terms, we may, at our sole discretion: void affected commissions, reverse paid commissions, suspend or terminate your account, and pursue any other remedy available to us. Our determination on commission eligibility and program compliance is final.

10. NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS

Participation in the program does not guarantee any income or results. Your earnings depend entirely on your own efforts and on qualifying sales actually being completed and kept.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program. Our total liability for any claim related to the program is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the three months before the claim.

12. CONFIDENTIALITY

Any non-public information we share with you about the program, our products, or our customers is confidential. You agree not to disclose it or use it for any purpose other than promoting Infinity under these terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
